Welcome to Marigold Counseling FM! Marigolds are important in South Asian culture representing warmth, growth and joy. They are also significant in my personal life.
Therapy provides an opportunity to gain insight into your feelings and emotions. There are connections to what we think, how we feel and our behavior. We all struggle from time to time and it's okay to seek guidance and help. I offer a safe, empathetic and affirming space where you can explore any challenges in your life.
When we speak we are afraid our words will not be heard or welcomed. But when we are silent, we are still afraid. So it is better to speak.
